She was predeceased by: her sister Linda Cole of Wheatland, Wyoming.. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Foland of Huntley, Wyoming; her children, Jonette Patton (Don) of Firestone, Joseph Cole (Sally) of Torrington, Wyoming, Robert Cole (Lori) of Molino, Renee Goetz (Scott) of Lander and Richard Cole (Jennifer) of Fort Collins, Colorado; and her sister Merna Blackburn of Douglas, Wyoming.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.

Jinny went to her heavenly home on Friday, July 17, 2020 at Torrington Community Hospital after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's.
