He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Carlyle and Alyce Josephine Cecil (Smyth); and his brother Danny. He is survived by: his daughter Jacqueline (Dan) of Peyer; his wife Evelyn Melonuk; his daughter Wendy Cecil; his grandson Tyler Loose; his daughter Jennifer Kaufman (Jory); his grandchildren, Madison, Haylee, Brody and Theodore; his sisters, Patty Dockins, Joan Schreiner (Mel), Judy Krug and Connie Cecil; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Melonuk (Beth) and Carol Cooper (Craig). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for an agricultural scholarship at EWC in Jack's name.
