He is survived by: his wife Esther Escamilla of Torrington, Wyoming; his children, Francisco Garcia Jr of Torrington, Juan Garcia of Moses Lake, Javier Garcia of Torrington, Elissa Garza of Moses Lake and Erica Sena of Arvada, Colorado; and his siblings, Juan Garcia of Tampa Bay, Thomas Garcia of Surprise, Arizona, Yolanda Mendoza of Grand Prairie, Guadalupe "Linda" Escamilla of Fortney and Esperanza "Hopie" Lerma of Tampa Bay. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
