He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sr. Orr and Phyllis Orr (Upward). He is survived by: his former wife Nadine Barden; his wife Deena Testolin of Hartville; his sons, Roy "Peewee" Orr (Kathy), John Orr of Guernsey and Jerry Joe Orr of Scottsbluff, Nebraska; his stepdaughters, Kathy Bland (John) of Oklahoma and Jacque King; and his sister Jeanette Perich (Bill) of Atchison, Kansas. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the family for a headstone.
