It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Gesine Childs (Torrington, Wyoming), born in Hartington, Nebraska, who passed away on February 17, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Morris and Gesine Morris (Drieling); her grandson Zachary Childs; her great grandchild Jael Haught; and her siblings, Viola Buettner, Marjorie Wanek, Maxine Palmer, Shirley Valles, Glenn Morris, Charles Morris, John Morris, Dallas Morris and Paul Morris.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald; her children, Duane Childs (Jane) of Glenville, Robert Childs (Bonnie) of Torrington, James Childs (Jackie) of Torrington, Gary Childs (Marilee) of Torrington, Steven Childs (Kathy) of Torrington, Cindy Haught (David) of Spearfish and Julie Haught (Doug) of Torrington; and her sister Pauline Pelster of Petersburg, Nebraska. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; forty-eight great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Saint Rose Catholic Church.
