Ibarra of Torrington, Wyoming, born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Florencio Delgado and Epemenia Delgado (Ojeda); her husband Jose Ibarra; and her children, Consuelo Ibarra, Richard Ibarra (Jose), Patricia Casias (Richard) of Denver, Philip Ibarra (Anna) of Denver, John Ibarra (Joan) of Alliance, Reyaldo Ibarra of Guernsey, Robert Ibarra (Lori) of Guernsey and Jose Jr. Ibarra (Tammy) of Scottsbluff, Nebraska.. She was also cherished by thirteen siblings.
