She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edison and Ila Mae Blakeley (Smidt); her daughter Diane Darlene Brooks; and her siblings, Donald Keith, Charles Eldon Blakeley, Viva Lou Smith and Joyce Irene Lang.
She is survived by: her son Larry Warren; her husband Cecil Warren Brooks; her daughter-in-law Kate Brooks of Fort Collins; her great grandchildren, Jennifer, Mark Trail, Katelyn, Rhett of Nebraska City, Nebraska, Lisa, Jeffrey Hamar, Alexander, Joshua of Marshalltown, Iowa, Amber, Cory Brooks and Kassidy; her sister LaVonne Daiss of Torrington, Wyoming; and her sister-in-law Eleanor Messer of Cody, Wyoming..
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to the United Methodist Church in Torrington.
