She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Surratt and Ida Surratt; her close friend Wayne Ludwig; her sister Donna Sinner (Surratt); and her grandson David Ludwig.
She is survived by: her brothers, Gary Surratt (Lorraine) of Lisbon, CT and Melvin Surratt of Lyman, NE; her children, Dan Ludwig (Dee) of Huntley, WY and Cheryl Boltjes (Herman) of Torrington, WY; and her grandchildren, Dustin Ludwig (Anna) of Huntley, WY, Crystal Shoults (Chris) of Murrieta, CA, Lacey Burkart (Justin) of Torrington, WY and Amber Gooch (Bobby) of Breckenridge, TX. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
