With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carl Frederick Rupp of Torrington, Wyoming, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 2, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl M. Rupp and Marie Rupp (Backer); his wife Margaret Rupp; his daughters, Cathy (Sam Mirich), Carla Patterson and Caren (Joe Speckner); his sister Amelia; his brother-in-law Robert Hytrek; his niece Anna Hytrek; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Nathan Mirich, Josephine, Charley, Amelia Patterson, Natalie, Charlotte and Lydia Speckner.

A memorial service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Congregational Church (2102 East E Street, Torrington, WY 82240). A reception was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request's memorial contributions in Carl's memory be directed to the First Congregational Church.

“Sorry to learn of Carl's passing. He gave much of himself to helping so many. Heartfelt love, prayers and sympathy go out to Marge and Carl's children and their spouses and Carl's grandchildren. Carl carried the torch for us for so long, it is now time that he may rest in peace. Bess Carnahan, friend and neighbor”
