He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Erdman and Molly Erdman; his brother Glen Erdman; his brothers-in-law, Ralph Kimsey, Jerry Simonsen and Emmett Coxbill; his nephew Max Erdman; his stepson Gary Garrelts; and his stepgreat-grandson Miles David Skrdlant.
He is survived by: his daughter Shellie Erdman of Cheyenne, Wyoming; his wife Linda Simonsen Garrelts; his stepgrandchildren, Corey, Lacey and Briley of Colorado; and his nephews, Randy, Brian and Toby Kimsey. He is also survived by four step-great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to Human Kind a service provider for special needs individuals at 1223 West 28th in Cheyenne, WY 82001.
