He is survived by: his brother Richard Rush; his former wife Carol Hoy; his stepsons, Tod E. Rush (Leann) and Stanley D. Rush (Jackie); his friend Betty Greene; his sisters, Mary Brown (Kay) and Marilyn McKay; and his wife Betty. He is also survived by his sons; and many grand and great grandchildren.
