He was predeceased by: his parents, David Blacketer and Mildred Blacketer; his brothers, Jackie Lee and Richard; and his son Kyle.
He is survived by: his wife Bernadine; his children, Kimberly Johnston (Todd), Victor Blacketer (Connie) and Deone Blacketer (John); his sisters, Patty Decker (Rick) and Debbie Morris (Everett) of Mullan; and his siblings-in-law, Ed Shaffer (Peggy), Sharon Blacketer and Carole Martinez (Lee). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
