It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Miller of Thermopolis, Wyoming, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on March 11, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Miller and Frances Miller (Wilburn); and his sister Elaine. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Lea Howell; his children, Dean of Riverton and Rhonda of Riverton; and his sister Jeanne Thomas of Ohio.
