He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard H. Blakey and Ruth Aldridge Blakey. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Sue Blakey; and his children, Patrick Howard Blakey of Tulsa, Brian Rourke Blakey of Tulsa, Darien Ruth Johnson of Tulsa and Kathleen Dale Liles of Tulsa. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
