We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2021, at the age of 69, Mark Phipps in Thermopolis, Wyoming, born in Fort Collins, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Myrleen Phipps. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jean Hofecker; his children, Michele Miller (Joshua) of Pflugerville, TX and Mark Phipps (Babbett) of Wellington, CO; his brother Mace Phipps of Arizona; and his grandchildren, Madison Scarlotti, William, Jason, Marisa Miller, Morgan and Hunter Phipps.

Memorials may be made in Mark's name to a charity of choice.
