He is survived by: his mother Emma Lorraine (Griffor); his wife Tudy DuBry; his daughters, Elaine Reynolds of Thermopolis and Liz Ervin (Tom) of Hiawassee, Georgia; his brothers, Richard "Dick" Weaver of Shoshoni and William "Bill" Weaver (Barbara) of Thermopolis; his grandchildren, Britni Deere (Carnell "Lee"), Mandi Reynolds, Desiree Jolley, Renaee McMichael and Terry "TJ" McMichael; and his great grandchildren, Adriana Deere, Kolby, Aliyah, Piper, Rownan, Kallie VanHeule, Erich, Mariah Pacheco and Roque Pacheco. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
