We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Kathleen June Toepke of Thermopolis, Wyoming, born in Bismarck, North Dakota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Starck and Ellen Starck (Shobe). She is survived by: her children, Maxine Kay Reese of Thermopolis and Kenten Toepke of Spearfish, SD; and her brother Jack Starck of Bismarck. She is also survived by seven nieces and three nephews.

She requested all memorials go to this Veterans Cemetery.
