He is survived by: his children, Danae McPherson (Milo), Aspen Henrie and Chancey Turner (Kulen); his sisters, Sabrina Thoren (Bruce) and Tara Henrie; his grandchildren, Jewell, Jaxson, Kaizen, Harper and Quintin; and his nieces and nephews, Cortney, Korinne, Brandon, Joshua and Jason.
In lieu of sending flowers, John would like monetary donations made to the Set Free Church-Recovery Program, Thermopolis, Wyoming.
