He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Lynn Harvey; his children, Lynn, James Ornsbey of North Dakota, Dustin Harvey of Thermopolis, Jessie, Jackie and Polly Ornsbey of Oklahoma; and his siblings, Floyd of Thermopolis, Phyllis of Oklahoma, Sandra and Shirley of Thermopolis.
