He was predeceased by: his parents, William Yetter and Mabel Yetter (Baird); his wife Irene (Clark); his son George H Yetter Jr.; and his siblings, Forest, Sam, Mark, Morris Yetter, Mabel Fitzpatrick and Emma Thomas.

He is survived by: his brother Carson "Skinny" Yetter of Thermopolis. He is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
