He was predeceased by: his sisters, Patsy Kelly and Jeanie Sexton. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Wright of Green River, WY, Gordon Kelly of Thermopolis, Robert Kelly of Thermopolis and Charles Granger of Thermopolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
