With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Scoggin (Thermopolis, Wyoming), born in Rawlins, Wyoming, who passed away on January 23, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Scoggin; her son Eddie Scoggin; and her brothers, Bernard, Bill and Joe Morgan.

She is survived by: her daughter Ellen "Lori" Kiper of Odessa, TX; her grandchildren, Gina Kiper and James Kiper (Evelyne) of Texas; and her great grandchildren, Ellie, Eric Kiper and Lily Lynn.
