She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Richburg and Catherine Strange Richburg; her husband John Franklin Shelley; and her siblings, Franklin Richburg, Rawlin Richburg, William "Billy" Richburg, George Olin Richburg, Virgina A. Langley, Thelma Lee Gamble and Helen Elizabeth Lea.
She is survived by: her children, Martin Shelley (Lorraine) of Scottsbluff, NE and Barbara Bent (Bert) of Thermopolis, WY; and her grandchildren, Kymberli of Sioux Falls, SD and John Dietz of Scottsboro, AL. She is also survived by three great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
