It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald E. Randall (Thermopolis, Wyoming), born in Atchison, Kansas, who passed away on December 6, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Darlene Mildred Randall (Brancome) and Richard Randall; and his sister Barbara Smith-Higdon. He is survived by: his wife Neomia Randall; his sons, Don Randall (Mark) and Robert Randall (Tiffany); his grandsons, Lane Robert Randall and Jacob Don Randall; and his siblings, Richard Randall (Nancy), Gary Randall (Margret), Ernest Randall (Sharon), Diana Knight (Rosco), Sandra Hughes, Sharyl Conner (Neil) and Joyce Hernandez (Jimmy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
