He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Black and Marie Black (Gore); and his brothers, James Black, Lonnie, Orville Larabee and Tommy Black.
He is survived by: his former wife Birdie Fritz; his children, Charles, Jr. of California and Charliene Black-Gunn of California; his siblings, Larry of Post Falls, ID, Glen of Orange Cove, CA, Alvin of Carson City, NV, Ailene Daniels of Thermopolis, WY and Nora Goodwin of Carson City, NV; and his grandsons, Kevin and Steven Gunn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
