He is survived by: his former spouse Eugena Rae Reed; his wife Gena Moon; his brother Robert Moon; and his children, Jason Moon, Stanton Moon, Colin Moon and Dena Moon-Clinger. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
