He was predeceased by: his parents, LaRell "Bud" Hebdon and Elva Jenkins Hebdon; his son-in-law K. C. Jensen; his grandson Kambel Hebdon; and his siblings, Brent, Gale and Dennis.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his children, Colby Jensen (Dru) and Kade Hebdon (Deirdre); his grandchildren, Natalee Jensen, Rainey Turner (Brandon), Justee Hebdon, Kysen Hebdon, Tristin Jensen, Keisel Hebdon, Jendre Hebdon, Blake Jensen, Chanetell Eddleman (Luke), Weslee, Charlee, Brookelyn and Ellie; and his siblings, Irene, Sharon, Bruce and Dale.
He served on the Thayne Town Council and even after his tenure was complete, Kelly enjoyed donating his time and equipment to help the Thayne Community along with giving many other anonymous donations.
