He was predeceased by: his parents, William Green and Edna Louise Page; his sister Judy Martin; and his son Jacob Green. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Ann Green of Superior, Wyoming; his sons, Leland Green of Chandler, Arizona, Jared Green (Stephanie) of Vancouver, Washington, Lance Green (Trina) of Battleground, Washington and Kyle Green of Kuna, Idaho; his siblings, Mark Green of Utah and Linda Boles of Montana; and his grandchildren, Shayleigh Green, Zoee Green, Kingzley Green, Lilly Green, Aiden Green and Josslynn Green. He is also survived by several cousins; nieces and nephews.
