He is survived by: his wife Cathy of Sundance; his children, Steven Gerry (Sherri), Brenda Wagner (Robert) of Moorcroft, Helen McIntyre (Roger) of Redfield, SD and Julie Watson of Butte, MT; his siblings, Shirley Backus (Gaylen) of Wentworth, SD and Nancy Kaschmitter (Sheila) of Sioux Falls, SD; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jason, Jennifer, Melissa, Adam, Mychal, Jeremy, Kaitlyn and Kylie. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
