He is survived by: his brother Chuck Slaughter; his grandmother Nora; his wife Susan; his children, Jonathan Bayert (Stacie) and Kristen Waggle (Chris); his stepdaughters, Melissa Martinson and Chelsea Mayo; and his brothers, Jim Burton, David Bayert, Jeff Bayert, Barry Bayert, Billy Bayert, Kristofer Burton and Caleb Burton. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
