He is survived by: his parents, Alva Isaac Addy and Nellie Addy (Brumbaugh); his wife Sandra; his sister Betty Ruth Travnicek; his nephew Gary Travnicek (Janice); and his siblings-in-law, Colleen Hanna, Nancy Hanson and Mike Turney.
