He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel and Ruth (Joachim); and his brother Leroy. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Fauth; his children, Jennifer Holmes (Navar), Nick Hoff (Julie) and Becky Dike (Justin); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Jaremy, Maggie and Jarrett.
