He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne A. Moats and Margaret Moats; his sister Carol Anesi; and his brother-in-law Dave Anesi. He is survived by: his nephews, Cory Anesi (Sarah) and Lawrence Anesi (Kelli); and his friends, Mike, Jeanie Larsen, John and Cheryl Jones.
