He was predeceased by: his sister Francis Legerski. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his daughters, Amy Herbst and Cindy Piccolo; his grandsons, Braden (Jessica), Dylan, Marshall Herbst (Kristyna) and Tucker Piccolo; and his great grandchildren, Nash, Ruby, Lydia and Zayden.
