He is survived by: his mother Desirae Reid Pender (Carrie Pender); his children, Desirae Pender, Steven Pender, Ezekiel Pender and Lucas Pender; and his siblings, Edwin Pender (Dean), Patricia Amick (Tim), Cora Hayes (Carlisle), Dan Micah Pender (Gay) and Reuven Refaelov.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
