She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth R. Buchan and Mable D. Buchan (Moore); and her brother Jim Buchan. She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Slack (Doug) of Sheridan; her grandson Brady Stephens (Marandah); and her brothers, Tom Buchan (Smothers) of Sheridan and Mike Buchan (Yvonne) of North Carolina. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
