He was predeceased by: his parents, James Moline and Bertha Moline (Ueland); his brother Charles "Charlie" Moline; and his granddaughter Amber. He is survived by: his sister Donna Otsby; his wife Julie Wilbur; his children, Natalie Renee, Dustin James and Melodi Rae; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Sidnee, James, Tanner, Averee, Dailee and Delainee; and his sister Donna Ostby (James).
Viewing was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sheridan Funeral Home (1423 Odell Ct, Sheridan, WY 82801). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery (1000 Ash St, Sheridan, WY 82801). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Kalif Shrine Center (145 W Loucks St, Sheridan, WY 82801).
