He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Rupert and Marion McNickle; and his sister Penelope. He is survived by: his sons, Rick, Garold and Wes; his stepdaughter Holly Lyn; his friend Kathy; his wife Kathy; his daughter Holly Burch (Peter); his grandchildren, Devonte, Ashley, Jackson and Samuel; his brother-in-law Bruce Hoffman; and his stepbrothers, Rick Newton (Mary Jo) and Garold Newton (Joy). He is also survived by many children, plus nieces, nephews, and cousins.
