She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Cartwright and Evelyn Cartwright (Alf); her husband Jackie Allen Betz; and her siblings, Nancy Nelson and David Cartwright.

She is survived by: her grandsons, Casey and Cole; her daughters, Brenda Nixon (Allen), Julie Paul (Wayne) and Jenny Bolt (Billy); her grandchildren, Nicole Alley (Ryan), Samantha Gilbert (Chris), Jackie Nixon, Jessica Gillan (Josiah) and Kimberley Caywood; her great grandchildren, Cole Gilbert, Natalie Gilbert, Khloe Gillan, Jecole Gillan, Phoebe Nixon, Jacob Alley, MaxAlley and Winston Gillan; and her brothers, John Cartwright and Jeff Cartwright (Sharon).

Memorials may be made to the Tongue River Valley Community Center or the Dayton Fire Department.
