He was predeceased by: his son William Frances; and his brother Lawrence Shippy. He is survived by: his wife Judi; his children, Matthew Shippy (April), Valerie Brown (Robert), Alicia Shippy and Patrick Shippy (Brooke); and his brothers, David Shippy (Mary) and Tom Shippy. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
