He is survived by: his wife Deloris; his children, Chad Higgs (Nancy) and Lisa Kotara (Larry) of Texas; and his stepchildren, Jeff Miller, Angela Miller of Sheridan, WY, Laurie Mullins, Tracy Litzenburger and Terry Kennedy.
