He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Voogd and Klarene Voogd; and his wife Gail. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbra Rich, Wayne and Bruce Voogd; his children, Shane Voogd, Shawn Voogd and Sandra Mershon; his grandchildren, Michael, Amanda, Brian, Charles, Kaden, Hadley and Myles; his stepchildren, Kristi Lokensgard and Joel Silva; and his daughter Kristen. He is also survived by his family and friends.
