He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan D. Burns and Lilly Mae Marvin Burns; and his wife Susan Fredrick. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Jerome Ruschak; and his niece Liz Ruschak (Portage). He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
