She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Sturtz and Olga Sturtz (Takach); her husband Paul Tom Kobielusz; her children, Paula and Timothy; and her siblings, Julia Sturtz, Olga Reddell, Shirley Wertman, Elsa Ruby, Lucy Kobielusz, Bobbie Sturtz and Paul Sturtz Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca (Guy), Lisa (Pat) and Jody (Tom); her brother Johnny Sturtz; her grandchildren, Sarah Brownell (Brian), Tim Zukowski (Stephanie), Donna, Stephanie Kibodeaux (John) and Samantha Zukowski; and her great grandchildren, Britton, Timothy, Johnnie, Courtney, Selena and Dalton.
