He is survived by: his stepchildren, Lindsay Ulrich (Reece) of Woodland, CA, Shawn Sullivan of Kaysville, UT, Aurora, Bryden and Colin Wall; his siblings, Rob Sullivan (Pia) of Citrus Heights, CA and Maureen Ricker (Jon) of Folsom, CA; and his nieces and nephews, Chanel of California, Ryan of California, Rachel of California and Michael of California.
