It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Terrance Waite of Rock Springs, Wyoming, born in Evanston, Wyoming, who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William Waite and Catherine F. Fife; his wife Wendy Cheryl Ellingford; and his siblings, Thomas Waite, Patricia Willoughby and Kathy Wagstaff.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Waite (Corie), Tim Waite (Tracy), Scott Todd (Brenda), Clint Todd (Salina), Terrie Lynn Pond, Cindy L. Thuirer (Mike), Mindy House (Shad) and Wendy Fletcher (John); and his brothers-in-law, Marvin Wagstaff and John Willoughby. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; as well as several cousins; nieces and nephews.
