He was predeceased by: his parents, Evert Melvine and Goldie Lee Searcy (Davis); his grandparents, William and Ethel Davis; and his siblings, Barbara Blount, Judy Blount, Donnie Blount, Thurman Blount and Orville Blount.
He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Dean Blount (Sherri) of Reliance, WY, Donald Eugene Blount (Bertie) of Gun Barrel, TX, Grace Searcy of Reliance, WY and Shirley Shutte of DeSoto, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
