He was predeceased by: his father Nicholas Bowen. He is survived by: his mother Yolanda Micheale Peck (Russell) of Rock Springs, Wyoming; his siblings, Christopher Thomas Mann of Washington, D. C. and Catherine E. Wooten; his niece Hilari Knox; and his nephews, Christian Boyd and Zachary Boyd.
