It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Orester of Rock Springs, Wyoming, who passed away on August 15, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shiflar and Anna Sever Shiflar. She is survived by: her husband Don Orester of Rock Springs, Wyoming; her children, Alan McGarvey (Debra) of Rock Springs, Pat McGarvey (Debbie) of Rock Springs, Bill McGarvey (Tanya) of Rock Springs, Joe McGarvey (Tami) of Rock Springs, Kathleen Barber (Don) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Karen McGarvey of Rock Springs, Wyoming; and her brother Frank Shiflar (Helen). She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
