He was predeceased by: his father Vincent Valentine Jereb. He is survived by: his mother Maxine Menapace of Rock Springs, Wyoming; and his siblings, David Jereb (Denise) of Clovis, California, Dennis Jereb (Shelley) of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Diana Franks (David) of Casper, Wyoming. He is also survived by one aunt, two uncles, several cousins, three nieces, two nephews, two great-nieces, and three great-nephews.
